The Analytical Lab is a central facility located in the Department of Chemical Engineering that provides analytical and material characterization services to research groups in the Department, other Departments at UCT and Universities in South Africa, as well as small to medium size businesses. In addition, the Analytical Team provides central services to the department by facilitating chemical hazardous and biological waste disposal, and gas services to smaller research units.
